What we collect

• Your audit answers, including your business name, your name and your email address.
• Your order and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Whether you agreed to marketing email. This is a separate, optional checkbox.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider uses briefly to protect the site from abuse.

Why we use it

• To show your free score and build the Brand Blueprint you paid for.
• To email you your Blueprint and anything about your order.
• To send brand tips and offers, only if you ticked the marketing box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information.

Who helps us run the service

These companies process data on our behalf. Some of them store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

• Anthropic (the AI that helps write your Blueprint, using your audit answers but not your email address)
• Google (our email inbox)

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting. Audits that were never paid for are deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing email at any time. Email . If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
