These terms are an agreement between you and Ari, Ontario, Canada ("we"), which runs . By using the site or buying a Blueprint, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The is a one-time digital product: a written brand strategy based on the answers you give in our audit. It is delivered by email of payment. There is no subscription.

Price

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The launch price is until , then . You pay the price shown at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Your answers and your Blueprint

You confirm the information you give us is yours to share. Once delivered, the Blueprint is yours to use for your business. Recommendations are based only on what you told us. They are general brand guidance, not legal, financial or trademark advice. Check names, claims and trademarks yourself before you use them.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make every Blueprint useful, but we can't promise particular business results. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
